Meet Tracy Gray
Tracy Bollen has a deep passion for animals that began in her hometown of Ohio, where she spent 58 years raising three children. Her family shared their lives with Labrador Retrievers and two horses, enjoying countless moments trail riding. Tracy's journey into pet grooming began when her veterinarian suggested it as a career path, a suggestion that sparked a 30-year career she continues to cherish.
Years later, her daughter, inspired by Tracy's passion and her own experience as a veterinary technician, joined her in the grooming field. Together, they opened a successful grooming salon, which her daughter continues to operate today.
Tracy eventually made the move to Texas, where she now serves as a dedicated groomer at Baytown Animal Hospital. Known for her one-on-one grooming approach, she takes great pride in ensuring that every pet she works with looks and feels their best, providing exceptional care and personalized grooming services.
When she's not grooming, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and exploring all that Texas has to offer. She also loves traveling back to Ohio to visit her family and friends.

Deshedding Treatments
Professional deshedding treatments for double-coated dogs and heavy shedders, using special shampoo and conditioner to release trapped fur, leaving the coat shiny and manageable while reducing household shedding.
